Narrative of What Occurred:
On February 15, 2017 Detectives from the Saugerties Police Department, the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force and New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at 160 Shear Road in the Town of Saugerties in furtherance of an ongoing investigation into the receiving and dissemination of child pornography. As a result of the search warrant, 25 year old Benjamin O. Debrosky was arrested on charges of possessing child pornography, and number of computers located within the residence were seized.
