A level 3 sex offender, who used to reside in Greenport, has been arrested by Schodack Police. They say, 52 year old Hector Davila, who now lives on Columbia Turnpike, failed to notify them that he had moved. He was arrested on felony charges and taken to the Rensselaer County jail, without bail, pending a court appearance.
